I bought Remove Ads but I still see ads
Open the game, go to Shop and tap Restore Purchases. Make sure your phone is signed in to the same Google account you bought it with. The optional Lucky Pack videos stay available on purpose; you never have to watch them.
How do I get a refund?
Purchases are made through Google Play, so refunds go through Google Play's refund process (play.google.com → Payments & subscriptions → Budget & history). If you're stuck, email us and we'll help.
I lost my collection
Your collection is saved on your phone, not online. Uninstalling the game or clearing its storage removes it, and we can't restore it. If Android backup is on, restoring your phone from a backup may bring it back.
A video didn't give me a Lucky Pack
The pack is given when the video plays to the end. If it closed early or no video was available, try again in a minute. You also get a free Lucky Pack every day from the gift button, no video needed.
How do I change my ad privacy choices?
In the game, open Settings → Privacy options. You can also reset your advertising ID or turn off ad personalisation in your phone's settings. Players under 13 always get non-personalised, kid-safe ads.
What are the odds?
Tap the “i” button on any pack screen, or see Settings → Odds. Normal pack: Common 62%, Rare 25%, Epic 9%, Legendary 3%, Secret 1%. Lucky Packs are always Rare or better.
How do I delete my data?
Uninstall the game, or clear its storage in Android settings (Apps → Squishy Bun → Storage → Clear storage). There's no account, so nothing else is kept by us. See the privacy policy for what our ad partner collects.
