The short version: play, squeeze and enjoy. Boxes are free, buns have no real-world value, and the only thing you can buy is Remove Ads through Google Play.
1. Agreement
These terms apply to the Squishy Bun: Unbox ASMR game (“the game”) made by Ash Build (“we”, “us”). By installing or playing the game you agree to them. If you're under the age of majority where you live, please read them with a parent or guardian. Our Privacy Policy explains how information is handled.
2. Your licence to play
We give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to install the game and play it for your own enjoyment. Please don't copy, resell, modify, reverse-engineer or redistribute the game or its art, sounds and characters, and don't use cheats, bots or tools that interfere with it.
3. Buns, packs and Lucky Packs
- Boxes and packs are free to open. They are never sold for money, and the odds for every pack are shown in the game.
- Buns, stars, Shiny buns and Lucky Packs are virtual items for fun inside the game. They have no cash value and can't be sold, traded or exchanged for money or anything else.
- Your collection is saved on your phone. If you delete the game or its data, or lose or change your phone, the collection can't be recovered by us.
4. Remove Ads
Remove Ads is a one-time purchase sold through Google Play and covered by Google Play's terms. It turns off the banner and the full-screen ads between boxes on the Google account you bought it with; optional Lucky Pack videos stay available. Use Restore Purchases in the Shop if you reinstall. Refunds are handled by Google Play under its refund policy; if something went wrong, email us and we'll help.
5. Ads
The game shows ads provided by Google. Ads are third-party content and we don't control what's advertised, though we limit ads for younger players to child-directed content rated for all ages. Tapping an ad may open another app or website with its own terms.
6. Updates and changes
We may update the game, add or change features and series, or stop offering it. Seasonal series (like Halloween) are available for a limited time each year. We may also update these terms; the date above shows the latest version.
7. No warranty
We work hard to make the game fun and reliable, but it's provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law allows. We can't promise it will always be available, error-free or compatible with every device.
8. Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, Ash Build isn't liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for losing in-game progress. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us for the game in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing here limits rights you have under consumer protection laws that can't be excluded.
